Great tasting, loads of customizing options to make the curry perfect for you, i.e spice levels, rice levels, toppings etc. Staff reiterates what is on each plate when they bring it over so you'll know if it was yours and if it is done as you asked.

It was our first time eating Japanese curry and it was phenomenal I now have cravings for it back in the USA. They were very friendly and had English menus (and a few other lanuages) available. Their number 5 curry was amazing but very spicy. Dont overestimate your spice level!

It's a small little place and we had a big group, but the curry here was really tasty. It's a good place to go to after the clubs in the area. Not too much to say because the service and establishment was very straightforward. I do have to warn though, be careful as you start getting into the levels of curry, if you jump numbers too quickly, your body is not going to like you! ;)

Perfect simple meal for our first night in Tokyo. Brits, this is nothing like a curry you’d get at an Indian restaurant, think f the kind of curry you’d get in a Chinese restaurant, or the curry sauce you can get with chips ‘up north’ or in Ireland. If you like that you’ll love Japanese curry. Really impressed with the service, they spoke English, and have an English menu.

Staff is extremely friendly. The curry is phenomenal. We went 3 times on our trip because the kids loved it so much and the adults didn't mind eating here multiple times either. There's a lot of choices to choose from.

Quick seating, friendly staff, generally pretty quiet. Menu is available in English and Japanese. Everything I've eaten here has been delicious. Also, you can cater the spice level to your personal taste. I would highly recommend CoCo Ichi to anyone looking for an affordable price and good food.

So damn good! If you like a nice spice level, 5 is spicy enough. Good but not overpowering. Make sure to add veggies to your meal!

Had this on our 2nd to last day in Tokyo and had to have it again on our last day. Quick service and delicious, comforting Curry. Definitely recommend adding some veggies to your choice of meat. Spice level 3 is about my comfortable limit and level 2 is probably comfortable for most people.

English menu is available, portions are generous and you can customize your dishes to your preferences. I requested the chicken katsu curry with spicy level 5, absolutely delicious and the spiceness was just high enough to make my beer feel like pure Bliss on my tongue.

Quick efficient service, they have menus with English on them if required. It's a small place so not ideal for big groups of say of 10 people. Food was great will definitely be going again.

Such good curry! Was my first time trying Japanese style curry - really liked that you can customize the meals. The chicken curry was amazing! As a woman I could have taken a smaller portion, because you do get very full! Nice taste and not too strong if you take the regular version.

The pork curry is just perfect! The beef curry too! Be careful with the spiceness level. I love spicy food and ordered lvl 10 and it was reeaaally spicy. Lvl 2 is perfect tho

I have visited more than 6 different stores and the quality is always good.Of course there are many unique places in Tokyo for good japanese curry that are not chains, but this chain still steals the cake for me. You an build your own curry from scratch like a lego set. Choose between Pork, Beef or Hashed Beef (Large onion and Beef shavings) Curry Base, the amount of rice, the Level of spicyness (0-10) and even level of mildness if you are not a fan of spicy food (0--5) and then the toppings.You can chose from anything like different meat cutlets (Pork, Beef, Minced Meat, Fish and more) Cheese, Vegetables, Seafood or any combination of these.The high quality and good taste together with the custumizeable options make it my favourite for a quick bite.Personal favourite, Level 10 hashed beef Curry a handmade tonkatsu cutlet and cheese.

Food was superb and ultimately comforting. It has maintained the excellent quality of the franchise. Servers were also very kind and attentive. 10/10 would come back again.

It's a franchise that I have been eyeing and finally went to and was not disappointed. Like all other Japanese places, service is fast and food comes out quick. No surprises with stewed chicken. It was delicious and I wish the states had a place like this.

Delicious Japanese curry 🤤. The curry was so flavoursome and my beef katsu was so surprisingly tender. The restaurant is quite small with only counter seating. They have a full english menu and you can customize your curry with spice level, amount of rice and extras like veggies or cheese. One you're ready you order you press the buzzer at your counter for service. They also cater for vegetarians and are also halal.

Food was absolutely amazing. Friendly and quick service. Well priced too.There is an English speaking menu, just ask if you can't see it.You can choose your spice level and rice size, the regular for both was perfect. Such a great dinner to warm you up! Will definitely be visiting again.

I always make a point to have Japanese curry when I come to Japan. A mildly spicy comfort food, it can bring warmth on a cold day. Despite being a chain restaurant, they do seem to take more care in cooking than you would see at a chain restaurant in the US. They also offer a menu in English for foreigners, but I highly recommend looking through the Japanese menu, even just at the pictures. The dish that I ordered from the Japanese menu was completely absent from the English menu, a fact I confirmed with the waitress (in broken Japanese). Always worth going to for a meal, I highly recommend this chain. The Japanese palate doesn't really tolerate the incredibly spicy, and you'll find that this curry is not offensively spicy. You'll be able to enjoy it regardless if your tolerance for spiciness.
